Frenzy777 Terms and Conditions – Everything You Need to Know Before Playing

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to frenzy777.app. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Frenzy777 ("frenzy777", "we", "us", "our") in connection with all services provided through frenzy777.app, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, jackpot slot machines, online poker, and virtual sports.

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of frenzy777.app, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Frenzy777 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed without notice and any funds, including winnings, will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on frenzy777. Creating multiple accounts – whether under your own name, another person's name, or using different payment methods to circumvent detection – is a serious violation of these Terms. If frenzy777 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and all balances forfeited. Frenzy777 uses technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts and will act on credible evidence without prior notice.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Frenzy777 complies with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering regulations. As part of this, we may require you to submit one or more of the following before processing withdrawals or at any other time we deem appropriate:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine national ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government mail dated within the past three months)
• Verification of the payment method used to deposit funds (screenshot of GCash account, bank statement, or card photograph)
• Selfie with your government ID and a signed copy of the frenzy777 verification form

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request being made may result in account suspension. Frenzy777 will not process withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration and verification must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Frenzy777 is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by you. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date and must notify frenzy777 promptly of any changes to your contact details or payment information.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your frenzy777 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Frenzy777 will treat any activity carried out using your account credentials as having been authorised by you.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify frenzy777 immediately by contacting our support team. Frenzy777 will investigate reported security incidents but cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Frenzy777 may deduct a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of ₱100 from dormant account balances. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees begin. Reactivating your account by logging in stops further dormancy fees from applying.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Frenzy777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods:

• GCash (instant deposit and withdrawal)
• Maya (instant deposit and withdrawal)
• GrabPay (deposit only)
• Coins.ph (deposit only)
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfer (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other participating banks)
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Frenzy777 does not accept deposits or pay out winnings in foreign currencies.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit on frenzy777 is ₱100. Maximum single deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier. Frenzy777 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming purposes or as required by applicable regulations.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. Requests submitted after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day. PESONet transfers may take up to one business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Frenzy777 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Frenzy777 is not responsible for third-party fees imposed by banks or e-wallet providers.

4.4 Withdrawal to the Same Method Used to Deposit

As an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure, frenzy777 requires that withdrawals be processed back to the same payment method used to deposit. Where this is not technically possible, frenzy777 will request additional verification before processing the withdrawal via an alternative method.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Frenzy777 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. The following general rules apply to all frenzy777 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus value).
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings are forfeited.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method.

Frenzy777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and currently being wagered in good faith.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on frenzy777, including pre-match and live in-play wagers on volleyball, basketball, MMA, football, and all other covered sports and competitions.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by frenzy777. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a unique bet reference number. In the event of a system error, frenzy777 reserves the right to void affected bets at odds that were incorrectly displayed.
• Minimum and maximum stake: The minimum bet per selection is ₱20. Maximum payout limits per event are displayed at the bet slip and vary by sport and market.
• Odds changes: Live odds on in-play events fluctuate continuously. The odds displayed at the time you click a selection may differ from those available at the moment your bet is confirmed. Frenzy777 will notify you of any odds change before confirming the bet.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended before completion, if a result cannot be determined, or if frenzy777 has credible grounds to suspect manipulation of the event.
• Settlements: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition concerned. Frenzy777 does not settle bets based on unofficial sources or media reports.
• Palpable errors: Frenzy777 reserves the right to void and refund bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

7. Casino and Poker Rules

All casino games (including live dealer games, jackpot slots, and table games) and poker cash games and tournaments on frenzy777 are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all casino products:

• RNG certification: All non-live casino games on frenzy777 use independently certified random number generators. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available on request.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, affected game rounds will be voided and stakes returned to players. Winnings from a malfunctioning game round are not payable.
• Poker rules: Poker cash games and tournaments operate under standard rules displayed in the poker lobby. Frenzy777 charges a rake on cash games and a tournament fee on buy-in events. Rake and fee structures are displayed before joining any game.
• Disconnection policy: If you are disconnected from a live casino game or poker table mid-hand due to a network issue, frenzy777's disconnection policy applies. For live casino table games, bets already placed stand. For poker, a disconnected player's hand is automatically folded.
• Collusion in poker: Any form of collusion, chip dumping, or soft play between players in poker games is strictly prohibited. Frenzy777 monitors all poker activity and will suspend accounts and forfeit winnings where collusion is identified.

8. Virtual Sports Rules

Virtual sports events on frenzy777 are computer-simulated contests generated by certified RNG systems. The outcomes of virtual events are entirely independent of real-world sports results. The following rules apply:

• Results of virtual sports events are determined by certified RNG algorithms and are not influenced by frenzy777 or any third party after the event begins.
• Virtual sports betting follows the same general stake and payout rules as real sports betting on frenzy777.
• In the event of a system error affecting a virtual sports event, the affected event and all bets placed on it will be voided and stakes returned.
• Historical virtual sports results are logged and available on request as evidence that outcomes were determined by the certified RNG process.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on frenzy777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Creating more than one account per person
• Using another person's account or payment method without their written consent
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the frenzy777 platform
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Money laundering or using frenzy777 as a vehicle to process illegitimate funds
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games, or any other game format
• Placing bets on events where you have inside information not available to the general public
• Engaging in matched betting or bonus abuse strategies designed to exploit promotional terms
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or frenzy777 staff members
• Attempting to access restricted areas of frenzy777.app or interfere with platform operations

10. Account Suspension and Closure

Frenzy777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected violation of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity
• Account dormancy as described in Section 3
• Request from the account holder (voluntary self-closure)
• Requirement under applicable law or regulatory direction

In cases of closure due to rule violations or fraud, frenzy777 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where closure is at the player's request and the account is in good standing, the remaining real-money balance will be paid out to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Limitation of Liability

Frenzy777's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of bets placed by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable Philippine law.

Frenzy777 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all disputes arising from or related to your use of frenzy777.app shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, you agree to contact frenzy777 support first and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Frenzy777 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between you and frenzy777, you may escalate to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming services.

15. Changes to These Terms

Frenzy777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top. Material changes that affect your rights as a player will be communicated by email to your registered address where possible.

Your continued use of frenzy777.app following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account in accordance with Section 10.
